Joseph has been working in the industry for over 15 years. He originally started in individual investments and insurance but found his passion in the area of Pensions and Group Benefits.
Joseph is currently working towards his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. He works hand in hand with business owners and human resource departments to ensure that the plans in place are the right ones for the employees as well as the business.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and cooking.
